Formulations:

We have found from past experience that companies using blend systems from raw chemical manufacturers can contain problems with consistencies within systems from batches to batches.

We can therefore help you in checking these systems or save the systems if they have gone off.

If you have a process (formulation) which is not performing satisfactorily or you want to change one of the components in the process, we can cater for these changes. Our vast knowledge of replacement chemicals can accommodate your needs.

Demands for requirements include:  keeping in accordance with EPA regulations or Standards (e.g.: durability or flammability). For example, the elimination of CFCs (CholroFluroCarbons) in flexible polyurethane slab foam in Australia was required by 31st December 1994. Currently there is a draft proposal, conducted by urethane companies, for the reduction and eventual elimination of Methylene Chloride as an alternative-blowing agent in polyurethanes. There are alternatives: the use of chemical additives which act as softeners replacing the purpose of the blowing agent or other blowing agents.
