The Hand Mixing section involves a series of equipment necessary in the testing of all the different foams formulated either from the Hand Mixes or from the production area. This determines the physical properties of a formulation that is being developed and Quality Control which is an integral part of a day to day production of a business.

This necessary equipment includes:

• Hardness machine
• Tear and Tensile machine
• Roller-shear machine
• Pounding machine
• Ovens and Autoclaves (for all the different ageing tests)
• Flammability equipment (to check the flammability aspects of foam according to a specific flammability standard).

The different facilities necessary for the proper storage of chemicals, including equipment; as to ensure that no contamination is present which could affect the performance of the mix (or the formulation).

The equipment listed above follows the specific standard, including directions on materials that are needed and access to simple diagrams that may be used. We can certainly assess your requirements of different testing equipment, and assist in the construction and development of the equipment.

Through our personal experience we have found that there is also a need for a different kind of testing and that is: chemical quality control. In our ever-changing world, new and improved methods are available to assess polyurethane chemicals.
